H.E.R Travel Tribe is owned and operated by Dinamic LLC, doing business as Dinamic Travels. All bookings, transactions, and travel services associated with H.E.R Travel Tribe are managed and fulfilled under Dinamic LLC doing business as Dinamic Travels. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree that Dinamic LLC, dba Dinamic Travels, is the responsible entity for all travel planning, coordination, and related operations.

At H.E.R Travel Tribe, we are committed to providing each client with personalized service and expert planning to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Our team works hard to provide high-quality, stress-free travel experiences. To do so, we must make firm commitments to hotels, tour operators, and other vendors well in advance. Our cancellation and refund policy allows us to:
- Secure the best experiences for our travelers
- Maintain exceptional service standards
- Protect the integrity of our group and custom travel plans

Trip Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with our commitment to delivering high-quality service and seamless travel experiences.
All cancellation requests require up to 72 hours for processing, beginning once the $200 cancellation fee has been paid in full. Please note that if a cancellation request is submitted to Dinamic Travels and the vendor’s refund deadline is less than 72 hours away, Dinamic Travels cannot be held responsible for missed refund deadlines or forfeited funds. Clients are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible to avoid potential loss
If you decide to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing by sending a cancellation Request.

Your cancellation will not be considered received until the cancellation request form and payment is received. This ensures your request is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Cancellations received by 5:00 P.M. EST on a business day (Monday–Friday) will be considered received that same day.
- Requests received after 5:00 P.M. EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Cancellation Fee: A $200 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file by Dinamic Travels.
- This fee is waived only if you purchased travel insurance and your reason for cancellation is covered under the policy.
***Please note: Our cancellation policy is separate from our travel vendors’ policies, and the $200 fee is in addition to any vendor or suppliers cancellation charges.***
The Importance of Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Unexpected events such as illness, family emergencies, flight disruptions, or extreme weather can derail even the best-laid travel plans. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and financial protection for these unforeseen circumstances.

Many of our clients have found Allianz to be reliable, responsive, and comprehensive. If your cancellation is covered under your policy, we will waive our $200 cancellation fee.
Refund Eligibility
Please note that each vendor (airline, cruise line, resort, tour operator, etc.) maintains its own refund policy. Any refund due will be issued directly by the vendor, not by Dinamic Travels. Our agency will assist in submitting the necessary cancellation or refund requests, but the final decision, processing time, and amount refunded are determined solely by the vendor.
Non Refundable Fees
To secure your spot on a H.E.R Travel Tribe trip, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will include a non-refundable $150 administrative fee***, which covers the time and resources involved in planning and managing your travel experience. This includes itinerary development, supplier coordination, reservation processing, customer support, and overall trip preparation to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience. The remaining portion of your deposit and any additional payments will be subject to our standard cancellation policy
***These specific charges will appear on your statement as PAYPAL TRAVEL AGENT. You will receive an email receipt from PayPal listing payment to Outside Agents***
Payments
- Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Automatic Payments: Automatic billing is available at no charge. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you. After the initial deposit, your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. You will receive a payment reminder 7 days before your payment is processed.
- Final Payments: All reservations must be paid in full no later than 60 days before departure.
- Late Payment: If there is an outstanding balance after the final payment due date listed on your invoice, a late fee of $75 will automatically be added to your invoice. You will be given an additional 7 days to make the final payment, after which the cancellation policy will be enforced.
- Forms of Payment: All payments must be paid using a major credit or debit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). Dinamic Travels does not accept cash, checks or payments via P2P apps (Zelle, Cashapp, venmo etc.)
- Chargebacks: Before filing a dispute with your bank, please contact us via email at customerservice@dinamictravels.com to discuss account resolution.
Travel Documentation
All travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying the proper travel documentation required for their trip. This includes, but is not limited to, valid passports, visas, government-issued identification, vaccination records, and any other documentation required by airlines, cruise lines, or foreign governments.
- Dinamic Travels is not responsible for advising or confirming specific travel documentation or entry requirements. These requirements are determined by government authorities and may change without notice.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents and must check with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Dinamic Travels does not provide or validate travel requirements for Non-US citizens.
- Pursuant to TSA Secure Flight requirements, passengers are responsible for providing their correct name as it appears on their passport (or other government-issued I.D. when traveling), date of birth, gender, address, phone number, and email
- Passengers must ensure that names are correctly listed on all invoices and travel documents . Dinamic Travels will not be responsible for passengers who are denied boarding due to inaccurate information.
Failure to Comply
Dinamic Travels shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, denial of boarding, or additional expenses incurred due to a traveler’s failure to obtain, carry, or present the proper documentation or to meet medical and legal requirements.
No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for missed portions of travel caused by documentation, medical, or legal issues.
Medical & Legal Requirements
Travelers are responsible for meeting all health, vaccination, and medical requirements necessary to depart from and re-enter their country of origin, as well as to enter all countries on their itinerary.
Travelers are also responsible for complying with all legal requirements, including customs regulations, immigration laws, and any restrictions related to their destination(s).
Airline Policies & Responsibilities
Dinamic Travels is not responsible for any changes made directly by airlines. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Flight schedule or route changes
- Aircraft substitutions
- Seat assignment changes or cancellations
- Airline rules, regulations, or policy updates
Any adjustments to flights, seating, or related services are subject solely to the airline’s terms and conditions.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to confirm flight details, check in within the airline’s required timeframe, and comply with all airline rules and policies.
Dinamic Travels will assist with communication when possible, but final authority and responsibility rest with the airline.
