Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with our commitment to delivering high-quality service and seamless travel experiences.

All cancellation requests require up to 72 hours for processing.

Please note that if a cancellation request is submitted to Dinamic Travels and the vendor’s refund deadline is less than 72 hours away, Dinamic Travels cannot be held responsible for missed refund deadlines or forfeited funds. Clients are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible to avoid potential loss.

Your cancellation will not be considered received until the cancellation request form is received. This ensures your request is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Cancellations received by 5:00 P.M. EST on a business day (Monday–Friday) will be considered received that same day.
  • Requests received after 5:00 P.M. EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Our cancellation policy is separate from our travel vendors’ policies. Each vendor (airline, cruise line, resort, tour operator, etc.) maintains its own refund policy. Any refund due will be issued directly by the vendor, not by Dinamic Travels. Our agency will assist in submitting the necessary cancellation or refund requests, but the final decision, processing time, and amount refunded are determined solely by the vendor.
