Your Journey Begins in a Few Simple Steps

Step 2 — Access Your Client Portal

Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email invitation with a link to your personalized client portal. There, you will create your account and securely submit your traveler details.

Step 3 — Review & Complete Your Booking Documents

After registering in the portal, you will receive a credit card authorization form for your initial reservation payment.

Step 4 — Secure Your Spot

Your reservation is not confirmed until the required initial deposit has been successfully processed in full. Due to the nature of group reservations and advance planning, all deposits are non-refundable.

Step 5 — Prepare for Your Experience

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive trip updates, payment schedule information, travel guidance, and exclusive H.E.R Travel Tribe details leading up to departure.
