Are your trips only for women?
Most of our trips are designed for women; however, select experiences may be co-ed. We do your trip, your way!
What is included in the trip price?
Each trip typically includes accommodations, select activities, group experiences, and trip coordination. Specific inclusions are listed on each trip page.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included unless otherwise stated. This allows you flexibility to travel from your preferred location.
How do I reserve my spot?
You can secure your spot by completing the booking form and submitting your deposit.
Do I have to know someone to join a trip?
No! Many of our travelers join solo and quickly become part of the H.E.R Travel Tribe community.

How do I earn FREE travel as a host ?
To qualify for host benefits and incentives, the host must secure a minimum of ten (10) travelers for their trip.
Is there a cost to become a host?
There is no fee to apply to become a host. However, hosts are required to reserve their spot on the trip by paying the same deposit as all travelers. If the host requirements are met, the full deposit will be refunded 60 days prior to departure.
Do I need travel experience to become a host?
No travel experience is required. H.E.R Travel Tribe handles the planning, accommodations, and trip logistics. Hosts simply focus on inviting their community and enjoying the experience alongside their group.
What will I be responsible for as the host?.
Hosts are responsible for inviting their friends, followers, or community members to join the trip and helping build excitement around the experience. Dinamic Travels manages all travel logistics, bookings, and itinerary details.
Do I get to pick the destination?
Yes. Hosts may select the destination or work with our team to choose a destination that fits their group’s interests.
Can I host a trip for my birthday or special celebration?
Yes. Many hosts organize multiple trips each year. As you host more successful trips, you may unlock additional rewards, recognition, and complimentary travel opportunities through the our Host Program.
Will the trip I host be private or will anyone be able to join?
Trips may be hosted as either a private group experience or open group trips depending on the host’s preference and trip structure. If the trip is open, additional travelers may join through H.E.R Travel Tribe but it’s your choice.
Can I host a co-ed trip?
Yes! While many H.E.R Travel Tribe experiences are designed for women, hosts are welcome to organize co-ed trips as well. We believe in creating travel experiences that fit your community, so if you’d like to include friends, partners, or family members, you absolutely can. It’s your trip your way!
Can I host more than one trip?
Yes. Many hosts organize multiple trips each year. As you host more successful trips, you may unlock additional rewards, recognition, and complimentary travel opportunities through the our Host Program.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options so you can book now and pay over time.
What payment methods do you take?
All payments must be paid using a major credit or debit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). Dinamic Travels does not accept cash, checks or payments via P2P apps (Zelle, Cashapp, venmo etc.)
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the size and scope of the project. We offer both fixed packages and custom quotes based on your needs. Contact us for a free consultation and estimate.
When is the final payment due?
Final payments are due no later than 60 days before your trip date
Are deposits refundable if the trip is cancelled?
Deposits are non-refundable. Additional refund policies will be provided at the time of booking.
